NEW PROJECT

so i didn't get much work done on my print project last night, but what i did get done was great! Watched The Fountain, and I think I will use it for some much needed inspiration. It goes like this, IT will be a large piece, I am thinking lik 10' wide by 8' tall or so. Pieced together like a puzzle. Each section will tell a piece of the story. So each piece could stand alone, but you don't get the whole story with out it all being together. The story is simple, the lifetime love that gets lost in the end. I know that kind of story has been told, but I think this could be a very innovative way to tell it, using my wormy people of course. what do you think?

Mother & Child

Now that a background for the worm people have been established, I can share their recent transformations.

I first got brave enough to transfer my deepest emotions from drawing to print, in the spring term two years ago. I created a version of one of my mother and child prints. I am very intrigued by the process of creating shades through line, instead of color, but could not abandon it completely.
